Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy is strictly limited to cases where the product is not delivered within 45 days from the date of purchase. If this delivery window is exceeded without successful receipt of your order, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note that we are not liable for any damage or mistreatment caused by the shipping carriers (FedEx, DHL, or others). All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our facility to ensure they are in perfect condition at the time of dispatch.

We also ask that customers carefully review all details submitted for personalized products, such as albums. We do not offer reprints or refunds for errors made by the customer unless we are informed of the mistake within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, the production process begins and changes cannot be made.

If a return or refund is approved based on the above conditions, the reimbursement process will take approximately 20 to 30 days to complete. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, which help us maintain a high level of quality and service for all our customers.
